Current Fiscal Year Source Application Rate and Queue

Current Source Application Queue - All unapplied source applications assigned to a production branch for compilation in any fiscal year.

New Source Applications Assigned - All source applications (applied or not) assigned to a production branch for compilation in the current fiscal year. (This is a sub-set of the Current Source Application Queue)

Source Applications Completed - All source applications that have been applied in the current fiscal year, regardless of when they were assigned to the branch. (This does not include "No Corrects".)

No Corrections - All source applications that have been designated as a "No Correct" by the branch chief in the current fiscal year.

Output / Input Ratio - The sum of Source Applications Completed and No Corrects divided by New Source Applications Assigned.

Ratios higher than 100% indicate a level of productivity that is greater than the volume of incoming new source. The result of which will be a reduction in the Current Source Application Queue.

Ratios lower than 100% indicate the branch is not keeping up with the volume of incoming new source. The result of which will be an increase in the Current Source Application Queue.
